Smart Shift Management with full Control.
The Shift Management Module is the most comprehensive component of the 360TNA platform, designed to provide full control over workforce scheduling for both individuals and teams. It enables managers to efficiently plan, assign, and oversee work shifts with precision, ensuring optimal coverage and operational continuity.
The system supports flexible shift configurations, including shifts that extend beyond midnight. By allowing variable hours to be assigned to late-ending shifts, all punches recorded after midnight are accurately treated as punch-outs for the previous day, preventing attendance errors and payroll discrepancies. Managers need only define the total shift hours, while employees are able to clock in and out flexibly within the assigned time parameters.
For operations requiring continuous coverage, 360TNA also supports 24-hour shift scheduling, enabling employees to work a defined number of consecutive hours followed by a mandatory rest period before their next shift. This approach ensures uninterrupted operations while promoting employee safety, compliance, and sustained performance.
Key Features
Shift Patterns
A pattern can be established for a shift roster in which the roster period remains constant and is repeated after a specified number of days. This pattern can then be applied when creating rosters for the employees. The new icon enables the creation of a fresh pattern.
Shift Roster Schedule
Users will have the capability to generate monthly shift roster schedules for employees by utilizing the shift codes that are predefined in the system. The user possesses the ability to perform bulk roster updates by exporting an Excel sheet and then uploading it.
Default Shift
Organization Default Shift can be made by HR. Also, if an employee is not assigned to a shift, the organization’s usual shift will be used. It can be made for a certain BU, department, etc.
Shift Roster
This section enables the user to allocate work to employees according to their shift patterns and system-generated shifts.
Staffing
Allocating work schedules by considering both gender diversity and individual skill levels to ensure equitable distribution and optimal task assignment.
Dynamic Roster Creation
Using the Dynamic Roster function, HR will be able to schedule shifts according to employee punches.
Bulk Upload
This feature allows the simultaneous submission of multiple shift arrangements for a designated group of employees, facilitating efficient management of their work schedules and assignments.
